lodigame1 Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the lodigame1 platform located at lodigame1.net, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is binding from the moment you create an account or otherwise interact with lodigame1 services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of lodigame1 immediately. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

lodigame1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

To register and use lodigame1, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

lodigame1 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account found to be ineligible, with the balance handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on lodigame1. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same contact details, or different names — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering with lodigame1, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address.
• Create a strong, unique password for your lodigame1 account and not share it with any other person.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Notify lodigame1 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

lodigame1 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password from a person claiming to represent lodigame1 should be reported to support immediately.

lodigame1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or as part of periodic account reviews. Accounts that fail to complete requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.

All deposits at lodigame1 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

lodigame1 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels:

• Maya e-wallet
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards

Deposits are credited to your lodigame1 wallet immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider. In the rare event of a delay, contact lodigame1 support with your transaction reference number and the issue will be investigated promptly.

Players may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted at lodigame1. Any deposit found to originate from a third party will be refunded and the associated account may be restricted pending investigation.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. The minimum withdrawal amount at lodigame1 is ₱200.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) for withdrawals above ₱10,000 or as required by lodigame1's compliance procedures.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed. Only your real-money balance — separate from any bonus balance — is available for withdrawal.

lodigame1 targets processing GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts within minutes of the request being submitted during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. lodigame1 reserves the right to extend these timeframes during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing compliance review.

lodigame1 may withhold, delay, or void a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason for it.

lodigame1 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

General Bonus Rules:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-generated funds become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements at lodigame1 are calculated on the total of the bonus amount received unless otherwise specified.
• Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots and bingo typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, poker, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely from wagering — this is specified in each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable directly. Only winnings generated through bonus play that meet the wagering requirement are transferable to the real-money balance.
• Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus only once across all accounts registered at lodigame1.
• lodigame1 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with notice provided where operationally possible.

All games offered on lodigame1 — including live casino, jackpot slots, poker, bingo, and esports betting — are governed by the individual game rules available within each game interface. These rules are supplementary to these Terms and Conditions.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or physical outcomes under live dealer supervision, as applicable to each game type.
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or interrupted game session, lodigame1 will investigate and resolve the dispute using available server records. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined from records, the relevant stake will be refunded to the player's account.
• lodigame1 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds, resulting from a manifest error in publication, whether in sports betting, casino, or any other product category.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the relevant game interface. These limits may be adjusted by lodigame1 at any time.
• For sports and esports betting, settlement is based on official competition results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Specific settlement rules for each market are available in the betting rules section of lodigame1.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at lodigame1 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to appropriate authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player formats.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the lodigame1 platform.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another account in poker or other games for the purpose of transferring value between accounts.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through your bank or payment provider in relation to a lodigame1 deposit after the funds have been used in gameplay.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a lodigame1 account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lodigame1 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any lodigame1 content without prior written authorisation.

The lodigame1 name, logo, and related marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

lodigame1 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering with lodigame1, you consent to:

• The collection and processing of your personal data for account management, identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention purposes.
• The retention of your data for the period required by Philippine law and regulatory obligations applicable to licensed gaming operators.

The lodigame1 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous service availability, lodigame1 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.

lodigame1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the lodigame1 platform unless a specific future effective date is stated.

For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — lodigame1 will notify registered players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor amendments, corrections, and clarifications may be published without advance notice.

Your continued use of lodigame1 after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change by contacting lodigame1 support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. lodigame1 operates under a valid licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or such other applicable Philippine gaming authority.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your lodigame1 account, or any gaming transaction shall first be submitted to the lodigame1 disputes resolution process:

1. Contact lodigame1 support via live chat or email, providing full details of the dispute including account information, relevant dates, and the outcome you are seeking.
2. lodigame1 will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
3. If the dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.
